The cottage is situated four minutes walk from Knockaphort harbour on Lough Derg, one and a half miles from the village of Mountshannon in East Clare, Ireland. The cottage consists of one large bedroom with one double and one single bed. There is a kitchen cum living room with an open fireplace.The cottage has oil fired central heating. Wifi Internet broadband and a CD/ radio is available. Shower and toilet located off sitting room. Kitchen utilities include fridge/ freezer, gas/electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker and a small TV.Washing machine and dryer located in adjacent garage. Patio area located adjacent to cottage.
